Congratulations, Mayor Santos and team you must be doing something right! ...except for the disgruntled troll on here that will surely have some juvenile, name-calling rant. The LAST Republican was Vartan, and he won because the previous Demonrat was just THAT bad... Santos is the fair haired boy of the HCDO, unless and until he falls out of favor, he'll Double dip his way along the ay he has been.
