It was a well written article detailing the background, education and accomplishments of the 15 chosen as the smartest. Not surprising to me, zerO was not on the list. Absent from the list was compiled in 2006, before Obama became President. And MSNBC didn't compile it. They only published it. The Texas idiot George W. Bush had the second-lowest IQ of any president since 1900 and the fourth-lowest in US history. He edged out Warren G. Harding by a little less than 2 points.
