Guest Superintendent Salary Cap
A story in today's Nj.com http://www.nj.com/education/2014/11/millburn-short_hills_superintendent_says_salary_cap_forced_him_out.html#incart_river About the Short Hills Superintendent going to suburb of Philly because of Governor Christie's salary cap on superintendents. He obviously didn't take the Jim Doran course on moving vertically into an old position to bypass the salary cap. I agree that the salary cap violates capitalism. Pay people what the market will bear. However, Jim should have gone to the suburbs of Philly rather than sidestep the cap. Who agrees with me? Is anyone watching the store? Guest Guest
Someday I want to grow up and become a Director of Personnel. No, no, I think I want to be an Energy Coordinator! Only in Harrison.
