They are especially tough in the Roosevelt school area! While I agree that the police should not allow double parking at anytime why the double standard at Lincoln and Garfield! Just today cars were backed up from midland past oak wood on Kearny ave because of double parked cars! Let's enforce the law all the time and at every school!!!
