Kearny residents and taxpayers should have a reasonable expectation that our elected school officials would conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner. If you live in Kearny, you should demand no less. The Commission’s ruling reinforces the strong appearance of Mr. Campbell being ethically and morally challenged. The Commission found that Mr. Campbell was generally not a convincing witness and was found to be less than credible.

These are two traits that should cause the residents of Kearny to have no confidence in him as a school board member and question his real motives for seeking re-election to the school board.

Mr. Digesere, who is putting up a ticket this BOE election to get rid of Mr. Campbell is mentioned by inividuals in their own testimony as asked by Mr. Digesere to file charges. There were (13) charges, but this person who started this post does not tell you that. he/she also does not tell you that (12) charges were dismissed and the one Mr. Campbell was found in violation of was approaching a BOE employee, who had disrespected him in public, and letting him know he was not happy with him doing that. So how does that make him not credible? How does this cause anyone to have no confidence in mr. Campbell? I'll tell you how, the individual who posted this is up for re-election and will do whatever it takes to get back so he can continue kissing the "ring". In the old days the employee who disrespected Mr. Campbell would have been B**ch slapped and it would have been the end of it!

Why are all the people hired for our school system from out of town? They all are FD selections and serve to make him stronger and have more lackeys to do his bidding. Now word is ** is going to go after Plaugic's son, a recently hired new teacher to punish Plaugic for having the nerve to run for the BOE and challange FD.

Are you telling me Kearny residents are not qualified to work in our town? The people that live here and pay taxes here are not even afforded the opportunity to interview for the positions.

When asked about the pedigree of FD's selections FD always acts like he doesn't know where the new hires are from, even when BOE members ask FD lies and tries to conceal that they are friends and associates of his. Ethics? Give me a break.

FD thinks everyone is blind to his antics and lack of honesty.

ETHICS violations? FD and his 5 vote BOE majority are as Ethically Challanged as they come.

Vote for John Cambell and keep some independent voice for the people of Kearny alive.

Digesre is retiring; that may or may not be a good thing. What isn't good, is the fact that nobody on this forum tells the truth. Digesre does not have a ticket of 3 "clowns" as you put it. Everyone running for the board has a right to do so. Just because you don't like Digesre, you shouldn't be attacking everyone. Ethics violations can be brought about by anyone at anytime. Just look at Campbell. Doing what he thought was right and he had charges on him. The truth is, the Board needs to be able to have 9 individuals work together for the good of the district. These ethics violations charges seem a bit unusual, even for Kearny. First, John Campbell is the BOE member who filed the charges. Second, he filed the charges after three attempts to have his legal bills (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS$$$$) paid for by the Taxpayers of Kearny. It seems highly suspicious that the charges were filed against KBOE members who defended the taxpayers, saw the wasteful spending and voted NO to paying his lawyers bills. It's nothing more than a Political "Shakedown". John should know shakedowns of any kind are illegal.

John Campbell was found GUILTY of his own ethics charges which seem to be of no consequence to him. He IS NOT a suitable candidate to represent the children or the taxpayers of Kearny.

John Campbell brings shame to the 3 Js, to their un-official ticket and to the taxpayers of Kearny.
