Wrong! ZerO just announced a 50 Billion Dollar plan to fill potholes. The problem is that we don't have 50 Billion Dollars to spend on potholes, so out comes the Chinese credit card. Of course this is just another obvious attempt to pay back the unions which he needs in his pocket to have any chance at re-election.
