The biggest fraud was the entire presidency of George W. Bush, who ran up trillions of dollars in new debt and started a war for no reason. You refuse to admit that without the stimulus, huge companies would have failed, sending the entire economy into collapse. We'd have 20% unemployment.

People think all the good things we have grew on a tree. The truth is that without a strong and active government, we'd all be out on the streets.

"for no reason" ?? Tell that to family members of 3,000 dead on 9/11. You should be ashamed.

You should be ashamed for being so

STUPID!

Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11 attack. Bush started it because he wanted to.

You should be ashamed of supporting a policy and a former president who has cost thousands of American soldiers their lives for no good reason.

You’re a moron. Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11/01 attacks.

Starting a war in Iraq because of 9/11 is like invading Mexico because of Pearl Harbor. It’s stupid and so are you. But in your little pea-brain all you see is the narrative, the fairy tale you right-wing nutjobs tell yourself day after day to remake the world. You're all saying the same thing day after day and year after year, so you assume it must be true. Well, congratulations, you’ve remade the world.

Moron.

Radical Islam knows no country, we have to "drain the swamp". Taking out Sadam was the right thing to do because of the threat of WMD's which the intel told us he possessed. You remember Hilliary and Kerry and most dems supporting the invasion of Iraq because of that threat.

Do you remember the lies about that threat? Yellow cake? South Africa? Valerie Plame?

In the first place, your argument is stupid. (1) You don't drain the swamp by bombing the wheat field. Al Qaeda wasn't in Iraq. (2) If the idea was to go after the country where Al Qaeda was, we would have invaded Pakistan.

Second, your argument is a lie. Bush couldn't, or wouldn't, get bin Laden and American voters itching to beat up on someone, so he picked out a convenient villain whom Americans hated: Saddam Hussein. The American people, who are fully capable of acting like idiots, shouted "Rah, Rah, Rah . . . USA! USA! USA!" Anyone who disagreed basically had to shut up. Hillary, Kerry and others supported it because they are political cowards just like virtually everyone in Congress. There were no WMDs and the intelligence was cooked and Bush and Cheney knew it.

Third, the invasion has been a disaster. We've spent nearly a trillion dollars for nothing. We still can't get out of there. Our entire military has been depleted for nearly a decade because we devoted all our resources to trying to stabilize a country after we got rid of its dictator. In the end, we won't bring democracy to Iraq because they hate us, just like we would hate them if they had invaded the United States. Meanwhile, the terrorist threat is worse, not better, because we've given them an excellent reason to hate us.

If the biggest and strongest country on the planet attacks a sovereign nation without just cause, then international law and diplomacy become a farce. Inevitably, people who already think the Untied States is oppressing them now have proof positive of the fact. That is why the terrorist threat has grown since the invasion into Iraq. It was a stupid thing to do. It wasn't even in our own best interests.

Bush wanted to go into Iraq from the day he entered office. 9/11 was just an excuse.

That Kool-Aid really gives you great mind-reading abilities, I'm impressed.
