zerO's goal

zerO's goal of destroying America as we know it can be achieved if he's re-elected. By 2015 the federal debt will exceed the GDP and at that point all bets are off as to America's future.

zerO has shown no inclination to cut spending or even acknowledge the coming doomsday event.

So in 2012 we'll see if Loony socialist idiology trumps common sense and the desire to save America.

My guess: 2010 the GOP takes back Congress and cuts up zerO's credit cards. 2012 zerO's sent packing and the GOP restores sanity to the White House.

BTW: I'll save the Loony's the bother of typing their talking point; Bush did it.

Bush did do it. So did Reagan, Bush I and Clinton. For more than 30 years, we ignored all our long-term needs to borrow against our future and have a party. It would have been far easier to invest in our future when we were stronger, but we didn't do that. Reagan gave us his big smile, told us we could have a party without paying for it and we bought it. When we got rich, we also got stupid, just like every great power that has ever gone before us, and then declined because it got stupid and arrogant.

So now we have to try to dig ourselves out from decades of neglect. That is very costly, like trying to go to college or start a business when you have no start-up assets. Fortunately, we still have assets but the result of decades of neglect and borrowing is a mountain of debt. We say it's not Obama's fault because it's not. This is what we have to do to dig ourselves out. We have to invest in the future.

And the Loony chants ........we have to invest in our future.....we have to invest in our future ......we have to......

What the Loonys don't get is there won't be a future when our debt overtakes the GDP.

Fortunately we outnumber these blind allegiance Loonys. The majority of Americans recognize the danger zerO has put us in and will take care of business

in Nov and '12.

I'm sure you'll be just as critical of the Republicans when they continue to set record deficits year after year when/if they take over. Just like you did from 2001-2008.

Oh, wait...
