Resident Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 There is a group of kids that hang around the area of Devon Street. This group of kids repeatedly break lights and vandalize property from either from homeowners holiday decorations and/or their backyard. This is not the first time it has happened. It has started since last summer and the Kearny Police Department has been notified.
