If its illegal how come everyone that Mike took too court got thrown out. And they were going to sue him but that went out the window. Great job.

People simply could not afford to sue, did not have the proper connections, could not take off days from work for financial reasons and had not direction, Mr. Rodgers intimidates people and those that feel that they cannot get anywhere and have families to support give up. He enjoys ******* ***** ***** and letting them know who is boss and who has the money, afterall he was given everything on a platter even the job he has now. Mr. Rodgers has no clue what families go through to stay above water and what it takes to support your family.

DON'T EVEN JOKE ABOUT THIS. Just the thought is frightening!!!

P.S. Not EVERYONE living in the gardens are garbage. Just most of them. ha ha

you must be one of those people that would be kicked out of the gardens in one month. The only people that put Mike down are the ones that make trouble.

It takes a while for stupid people to figure these things out. Let's see, Your family lives in the Gardens, You sue, WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN TO YOUR FAMILY? Hint....HE WOULD FIND A REASON TO THROW THEM OUT!!!!!

If I were a betting person, I'd bet you live in the gardens.

SORRY BUT THE GARDENS IS NOT THE GHETTO MAYBE WHEN YOU LIVED HERE IT WAS THE GHETTO, BUT THEY ARE GETTING ALL THE SHIT OUT OF HERE AND CLEANING IT UP VERY WELL. THANKS MIKE FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

I notice that the HG has a "new problem" that it didn't have over the past 60 yrs, BEDBUGS!!!

they've attacked several bldgs, with 3-5 apts in the past yr. If MIKE R has been doing such a 'better' job in 'cleaning up' the place than ever before in all of the past 60 yrs; than the "NEW PROBLEM" would not be heere now.

Even a 'CLEAN old lady got it. So how does a clean person who washes their bedding ea. wk. in clorox & hot water, plus buys a higher price mattress every 10-15 yrs from a reputable dept soree as Macy's or JCpenney, has no pets, rarely has new visiitors, protect their apt?

DOES THE 'SPRAYING' THAT THE 'MONTHLY' EXTERMINATOR DOES, ERADICATE THE 'PROBLEM' OF ONE IS STARTING? How do they know if the sray took care of 'each' bug around since they are so tiny & presumably keep away from the light? One maintanannce man said that the bugs 'carry' the pesticide back to their 'main area' and that it eadicates all of them. True?

Not true for bedbugs, they enbed themselves on the folds of mattressess and in clothing that you need a special kind of exterminating system not the usual type of exterminator for roaches and such. They now have some kind of chemical that freezes bedbugs and kills them. But it is not only on your mattress that they rest but also on your clothing, rugs, chairs etc, THEY EVEN CLIMB WALLS. YOU MUST TREAT EVERYTHING MADE OF CLOTH IN YOUR HOUSE EVEN PRAY THE BED FRAME AND SUCH. SORRY BUT THE MANAGER MUST MUST MUST HELP YOU OUT IN THIS MATTER. IT IS NOW MANDATORY FOR LANDLORDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS TYPE OF SITUATION IN NEW JERSEY. THE LAW

You can't stop yourself from getting them no matter how clean u are. You can sit next to some one and they can climb onto u or even if your clean you can bring them in from anywhere. Look at the expensive hotels in New York same problem.

HOW CAN THE EXTERMANATOR BE SURE TO SPRAY & GET EACH ONE? ISN'T IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM ALL COMPLETLY? IF A SENIOR JUST BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE SERTA POSTAPEDIC A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR THEIR BACK, WILL THEY HAVE TO BUY A NEW MATTRESS ALL OVER AGAIN? WOLLD THE DEAD BUGS BRUSH OFF OF IT, OR WOULD THEY BE SLEEPING ON THE DEAD BUGS?
