MrHarrison
Those who are thinking of purchasing one of the new housing units in town will have to sign an agreement with Peter Higgins of the Redevelopment Agency stating that they will undergo either a vasectomy or a hysterectomy before they can be allowed to move into their new home, and pay the $22,000 a year in taxes. Once they have been sterilized we can then rest assured that they will not produce offspring that will enter our great school system. They can also enter a lottery if they choose to be one of the couples per 100 housing units that can have their allotted 1.7 children. But you forgot to mention the lobotomy that all potential Harrisonians must undergo. That's so they'll vote a certain way like the rest of the Zombies.
