The people of Harrison shouldn't hold McBumbell responsible for this one. How about directing your questions to 'The Rags to Riches Police Chief.' The Mayor doesn't pay these overpaid good for nothings! The taxpayers have to tolerate/pay for a garbage Police Dept. and a dinosaur Fire Dept. as far as crime in the town check with the right source, the Police Chief and the Head of the Detective Bureau. (you won't get a satisfying answer, they both live out of town and could not give a crap anyway) The people must start aiming their sights at the right ones. There are many legs on this poisonous Octopus called Harrison, if you start chopping off some of the legs sooner or later the head will perish. Stand up and hold the right people responsible, if it's a crime call the Police Chief or the Head of Detectives, if you can find them! Try looking in Bergen County or The Shore! They are badly understaffed and have out of date equiptment, including the detectives, that other towns have. What do you expect when you have a convicted felon (they don't like cops if you didn't know) making the decisions about when the Police dept. gets new or even adequate technology that other towns have had for years. The HFD is a cash cow, you got that right. The Police Chief is an example of what a Chief should be. He is accountable, looks like a cop instead of like the 400 pound fire chief, is a graduate of the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virgina, and does care about the crime. What do you expect to change when he is using technology from the 1990's with less manpower. Vote for McCain, you are living the life of a corrupt Democratic goverment that is stealing every dime you have. IMO, those facts and the lack of even having a "police Station," are the problems. Vote McCain, you see how well the democratic party works/steals in Harrison. That my opinion. HE ALONG WITH OUR PLOICE FORCE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS OF THE TOWN NOT HIDING OUT DRINKING COFFEE AND YAKKING ON CELL PHONES STANDING ARROUND DOING NOTHING.
