Guest Guest Ghost Writer
The reason Harrison's ambulances are in Kearny so often is called mutual aid. Kearny's ambulances are busy or just not manned.

I see the ambulance there frequently, along with an EMS car. These vehicles are there so often that I am being serious in my question.
