It is the Kearny DPW job to clean the leaves that fall in the street.It is your job to clean your own property. Cleaning does not mean blowing or sweeping them into the streets. It means picking them up and bagging them for pickup. My nextdoor neighbor cries constantly about the leaves in front of his house not being picked up, yet every weekend he is out there raking more leaves into the street. My leaves are bagged,and the DPW picks them up weekly. Stop whining, get off your lazy asses, and clean up your own mess.
