Guest Town check
There was a post some time back that mentioned something about bills for a private investigator. Is this true or is this just a bunch of bull. Why would the town retain the services of a private investigater? If anyone knows please explain. Guest Hector
Rumors, Individuals with nothing to fear dont use PI's. Private investigators normally get Towns and unwitting individuals involved in criminal conspiracies. History shows prudent law makers rarely use private investigators in an incorporated Town. Even if a Town never paid a PI but was aware of his activities and if the PI lie's about a material fact recorded on any state record the Town is also on the line for that fraud the investigator commits. ******* v New Jersey
