Bryan
In open class on several occasions and in several different ways, Paszkiewicz his rock-hard belief that all who do not believe in Jesus are destined for an eternity in hell. This is the premise behind Pascal's wager, a premise that is at the root of perhaps the worst idea in intellectual history. That's not at all the premise of Pascal's Wager. Hell comes up in as a potential objection by the atheist that Christians lose some of the this-life benefits of belief owing to their fear of hell. Look it up. The fact that Paszkiewicz didn't use Pascal's name doesn't change the fact that the premise is the same. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If the premise was the same, then the fact that Pascal's name wasn't used would not change the fact that the premise was the same. The premise is not the same. You won't find it in Pascal's expression of the Wager. Thus I conclude that you probably don't understand Pascal's Wager.
