They place the pictures of Camano, McCormick, and Wood next to the picture of Millan and label Millan DiBlasi; for god sakes whose proof reading this stuff. You would figure out that DiBlasi isn't running in North Arlington and Harrison at the same time. An obvious insult to Millan. Is the Observer biased?
