If not, I do not see how you can make accusations against the HPD about confidentiality without proof. You are certainly entitled to your opinions, however, assuming that you knew what was going on inside the department is irresponsible. Say what you like about facts, but keep the unfounded rumors out of print. It is statements such as these that compromise the integrity of the HPD and ruin public confidence.
