Rose Duger, Journal correspondent HARRISON - Residents will see a 12 percent increase in their water bills and a 9 percent hike in sewage fees over the next two years if an ordinance introduced last week is adopted by local officials. The two-step rate increase would see water rates rise from $16.90 per 1,000 cubic feet of water this year to $18 next year and $19 in 2006. Wastewater rates would go from $24.20 per 1,000 cubic feet this year to $25.25 next year and $26.50 in 2006.... WHO'S GETTING A RAISE AT PVSC????Cause my bill went through the roof!
