IT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HIM PAYING THE $100,000 BACK OR LOOSING ALL OR HALF OF HIS 'BIG' $50,000 PR YR PENSION , PLUS LIFETIME HEALTH BENEFITS, & SOCIAL SECURITY. 2-3 yrs jail time is not that big of a punishment for a 50 yr old guy, if he gets to keep a $50,000 pr yr PENSION, plus life-time FREE HEALTH BENEFITS, plus SOCIAL SERCURITY. EVEN LOSING 1/2 OF THE PENSION WOULD STILL LEAVE HIM WITH A $25,000 PENSION PR YR, PLUS 'free' HEALTH BENEFITS, PLUS SOCIAL SECURITY. Still a 'GOOD DEAL! LEAVES HIM A LOT BETTER OFF THEN MANY OF THE OLD SENIORS IN HARRISON OR THE RETIRED SENIORS IN THE GARDENS! Punishment would be if after prison, he had to return to Harrison & beg to be allowed to move into the GARDENS with the other retired Harrison Seniors.
