They KNEW that the pension contributions that were "Deferred" by Gov Whitman, then McGreevy would eventually have to be paid...yet they spent ALL of it..now the bill is due and they cry poverty. And then, when the state "holiday" ends, they act as if this day was never to come. When they didn't pay, the money slipped into the general fund, and they started to spend it .. . . . . . . ALL.
