Millan? or will it be a dull election. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> the "WORD" OUT is that 'former' Republican- former Democratic 3rd WARD councilman DAN KELLY 'may run" as an INDEPENDANT. We'll know by the filing deadline. I'm not sure if that is by the end of tomorrow? ANYBODY GOT ANY UP-TO-DATE NEWS ON THAT ONE? hEY dAN; DO YOU HAVE THE 'SAME' fight IN YOU AS YOU DID 15 YRS AGO? remember, you had to put many eve & wk-end hrs in, "mixing with the constituents, and NOT QUIT 'after' the elction because you figured you "HAD IT IN THE BAG 'PERMANENTLY". The HG originally voted for you 'beause' you came around' VERY OFTEN & LISTENED to their problems, but after you got in & turned DEM from REP, you stopped coming around to 'MIX" with the PEOPLE. They "RESENTED' THAT! MOST were willing to keep voting for you, if you 'kept' coming around 'AFTER' the election and not 'disappearing' , only to be 'seen' in May & Oct..
