Time: 6:30 p.m. (Caucus on Third Floor) and 7:00 p.m. (Regular Meeting on 2nd Floor)

The public is invited to attend the caucus at 6:30 p.m. in the Third Floor Conference Room. If the conference room cannot accommodate all the members of the public, the meeting will be moved downstairs to the 2nd Floor Council Chambers.
