The Red Bulls will host a ceremony Tuesday afternoon at their new stadium, Red Bull Arena, in Harrison, N.J., when construction crews will place the final piece of steel on the 25,000-seat building. Richard J. Codey, the New Jersey Senate president, and United States Senators Frank R. Lautenberg and Robert Menendez will attend the ceremony.
