Do you care? Does it matter to you? How about starting an open discussion about the issues here so WE can resolve the problem. What will it take to loosen your vice-tight like grip on updates. Maybe it wouldn't take so long for things to be posted if they didn't have to be reviewed so heavily for foul language. Take for instance the whole "firemen drug testing" issue! My God that discussion got so out of hand. How able the "I'll pee in a cup and you drink it to see what kind of drugs we're on" comment? Things like that should not get through. Especially when the discussions turn into a battle of insults between two people. Meet somewhere, discuss these things face to face......but don't get upset when the webmaster is doing his job responsibly and takes alittle while to get your comments posted. You are destroying this forum with your untimely updating. Either change your update policy or relieve yourself from your forum duties. Appoint someone who you trust to review and post the responses so participation isn't lost. I bet the Heydukey boys would do a better job then you are doing now. This was a source of enteraiment but now has become a frustration. Pony express was faster. People are frustrated and want you to change your policy. If you don't people will continue to leave. Funny how this is a DISCUSSION board and you won't come out of hiding to discuss the problem. Have you no vocabulary or language skills? Do you not care your site is going down the tubes? Speak up and address your members and guests. Define (or change) your policy once again. Resposes are at an all time low and you have nobody but yourself to blame. I encouraged you to speak up on the bad UPDATE issue and you did not engage the issue. You ignored my DIRECT request for a dialogue and posters fleed this board like the Black Plauge. Ducking issues is not the way to inspire participants, involving yourself in this issue is the only way to show posters you care about their participation. Standing back and letting posters debate is one thing, killing morale is yet another. So step up, speak on your policy, or sell this website to someone who gives a damn you pussbag!!! Unfortunately, there are still individuals who post very inappropriate comments that I now moderate and delete. Unfortunately too much freedom is detrimental when put in the hands of some individuals. I would love to go back and remove the moderator function but for now it must remain. You are free to invest your time and effort in starting your own Discussion Board, I will even let you post a link from KOTW to your new Board. This board used to be very active with many posters. Now it is desolate, not much activity at all. So wake up nerd and realize the Webmaster HAS killed this board. What an idiot you must be, Guest! Do you know how many times I addressed this issue to the Webmaster with no response? Do you know how many times the Webmaster has ducked this very issue?
