A few neighbors of mine recieved an estimated bill that was much higher than usual. Ended up all that had to be done was an outside metering company to enter a home and change a wire . The wire that leads to the external electronically read box. Made by a company named Neptune . If this happens to you, Make sure you get somewone to come to your house to get an actual reading.
