A retired FBI agent was saying on Fox the FBI has 140 agents assigned to investigating the Clintons. Allegedly they misused millions of dollars that were donated to their foundation and earmarked for charities. Together with the hundreds of top secret e-mails sent and received on her personal server, you can understand the FBI's interest in this case. I don't see the Clintons escaping from this.
