Guest 2smart4u
Dr. Ivar Giaever, a Nobel Prize winning scientist believes "global warming" is phony. Quoting Obama's warning that "no challenge is a greater threat to future generations than global warming", Giaever said it was a "ridiculous statement". Giaever is one of more than 100 co-signers of a letter to Obama that was critical of his stance on global warming.
Guest Guest
There goes the chief ignoramus of Kearny again. Glaever is not a climate scientist (he won a shared prize for work in tunneling phenomena in solids, which has no relation to climate change), and admits he has no expertise in the field. For anyone who cares about the facts, here is a good explanation of the subject, focusing on Glaever's multiple errors and misunderstandings. According to the National Climatic Data Center, the average Earth temperature in the 1930's decade was 53.4 degrees F. The average Earth temperature in the decade 2000-2009 was 54.0 degrees F. An insignificant 0.6 degree increase in 80 years. You need to stop swigging the Kool-Aid and recognize the politics behind this "global warming" fraud. Guest Guest
It's very significant. You need to stop parroting everything your right wing thought masters tell you, and listen to the scientists. They've explained why global warming is a very big deal.
