The Board is positioning themselves to overrule State Law and reinstate former maintenance worker and ****** of Board member ***** ***** *** In the most blatant violation of spending tax dollars, the Board has been piling up numerous hours of discussions and tens of thousands of TAX DOLLARS to come up with a "loop hole" to bring back a convicted numerous guilty charged drug offender as reported by the Observer and in Documents released through OPRA requests. WHY???? Because his Brother is on the Board and the Majority faction are all wrapped up with each other. If any other employee was found to be in violation of the LAW and was terminated that would be the end of it. They would never be heard from again nor would the Board be spending so much tax dollars to FIND a way to get them back. This Board should be held accountable for MISAPPROPRIATION of FUNDS. The burden is on the terminated employee if they believe they are ENTITLED to their job back, NOT THE BOARD!!!! The legal bills are through the roof and this is dead wrong, this issue should not even have one cent spent on it !!! The BOARDS job IS NOT to spend TAX DOLLARS on attorney fees to try to find a way to hire an employee back who was terminated by the State of NJ. This clearly shows the GREED and CORRUPTION of this Board. If **** wants his job back than it is a very simple path. The ACTING Super can recommend him for the job, because he had ALL his GUILTY CONVICTIONS expunged after the fact, but here is what the GREEDY majority does not want........His brother ***** ***** *** would have to step down from the BOARD because of the nepotism law. He would be free to run next year, but they don't want that for numerous reasons........MONEY, they want him reinstated so they can also GIVE back ALL his pay. What a GREEDY web we weave. Stay tuned because the BOARD was told by their ATTORNEY that this reinstatement would have GRAVE consequences for any Board member who supports it and the STATE could TAKE AWAY KEARNY'S STATE AID OF OVER 30 MILLION DOLLARS !!!!!! IF you want to continue receiving FUNDS from the STATE you MUST follow LAW, if you don't you better ask TAXPAYERS where are you going to get over $$$$$$$ 30 MILLION DOLLARS when you lose it !!!!! Accusing sitting Board members of breaking the law is a very serious charge. If you're going to do that, then identify the specific sections of law you claim were broken, and the specific conduct at issue, not just your characterization. No, that is your opinion, because she is your friend. You know it, but won't admit it because you and your cronies just "Paid" her off a week before going to court because she and you both knew she was going to lose. When she lost and if allowed to go to court some very damaging information would have come out regarding her performance, or should I say the lack of it. The info would have been career ending for her and everyone know that. So, instead of giving her the $7,500.00 payoff agreed to in December, with old board members in place, you waited to January and decided to give her $10,000.00 when her friends were in control. I hope she took you all at least to Dinner !! By the way the Judge handling the case has been notified about this very suspect change in payment. Plan on being subpoenaed in the very near future. Were you looking in the mirror when you typed that? They hired the "best" attorney in the State, who was cheaper than worst attorney in the State, who you hired. This is about a group of people, who when good people stepped up to run for the Board, had their little kingdom challenged. One thing I will agree with is, I can't wait until "the lies, illegal activity and deception are unwoven". God knows since January 2014 there has been a extremely long trail. I hope "your" More than competent Superintendent is not the Incompetent, unqualified, lacking of certifications is not the one you "appointed" as the acting one now. This is no one from the inside, this issue has been known around Gotham City for years, it's nothing new, just some people don't want everyone to know about it.
