Why not lease parking spaces under 280?

For perhaps $100 a year,people would be guaranteed a spot 366 days a year,the town would get the fees and revenues from towing people away,etc.What's not to like?

Because a certain few would get the lease rights and don't need them, then rent the spaces, for profit, to others who really need them.

Having lived in Harrison for almost 35 years and finally getting the heck out I think I am pretty well versed on 280 parking lot. Here is your answer. The politicians and the people in the know just dont care. They dont care if its dirty,dangerous,poles knocked down,garbage full for weeks. They just dont care.
