Which allows Planned Parenthood to support gender based abortion like China. So if you're about to deliver a little girl and you really wanted a little boy, go to Planned Parenthood. They'll kill it for you and not charge you a dime if you can't afford to pay. I wonder if this is part of the Hope & Change we've all been waiting for??
