There has been no denial by John Leadbeater of 'Lead 1 Investments' or its demise. All the quotes came from Leadbeater's web site for Lead 1 Investments. A candidate's profession or employment is very relevant to the character of the person. Leadbeater discusses his job at PATH in his ads but not the real estate-flipping Lead 1 Investments. His experience with Lead 1 Investments is much more recent that his PATH job. Lead 1's failure is very recent. Why not address the facts? Is there something to hide?

Why so touchy? We're all friends here.

If a "candidate's profession or employment is very relevant to the character of a person," as you say, what does it mean that the mayor has enjoyed a fat patronage job over the last few years in the the most corrupt county in the state, possibly the country?

Yup, Leadbeater keeps bringing up Santos' job for the Freeholders but won't discuss his own job as CEO of Lead 1 Investments. Leadbeater made money off of innocent investors by pitiching a get-rich scheme based on flippng real estate. He called it a "game" and "trick" to make easy money. The statements on his web site are exaggerated sales pitches that sound fraudulent. Yet silence from Mr. Leadbeater on this. Not once does he mention Lead 1 Investments in his ads or on this site. Not once does he mention Lead 1's failure. Not once does he mention how many people lost money. Not once does Leadbeater mention how much he pocketed as CEO.

Why shou;d John respond to you. It appears you and your wife made a bad decision and are blaming him for it. Did he ask you to buy or did you BUST his butt to buy? Facts hurt but he did not hold a gun to your head. I know because I also bought a property through John. I ASKED him to get me started. The rest was up to me. You, my friend are and idiot. Just because your wife works for an attorney you should know that if anything was ILLEGAL her boss would have brought charges against him. Real estate is just like the stock market, some winners and some losers. Oh and I'm sure if Brian got hurt on the job you would sue for back pay just like he was required to do in 1984 under FELA

No worse than Mayor Santos ranting and raving about the wasteful County Freeholders than selling out and getting a plump job for $90,000 plus a free car, gas, & insurance on our dime because his mommie told help he had to stop playing full time mayor and get a real job she was cutting him off. Stunning.

And your response pretty much sums up why the John Leadbeater campaign for Mayor has been disastrous. There's no defense of the Leadbeater record of the 90's. There's no plan for the future. It's all negative against Santos. Voters consistently reject negativity. (Bringing up Santos's mother?? Really?? How much do you want to lose by??)

You obviously aren't from NJ. In Wildwood you try to fit as many folks in your hotel room or rental as you can sneak in. That's the point everyone shares the rent. So Leadbeater is doing nothing wrong. Tell Mayor Santos he won. Please. Tell Mayor Santos that some of us work for a living and we try to save a buck or two by squeezing as many of our relatives in friends into our summer rental. Mayor Santos goes to Portugal every year so he wouldn't know what Wildwood is all about.

This is John Leadbeater's sales pitch for flipping real estate. It's incredible he made these kind of promises.

Well done. Never trusted Leadbeater at all. Always was surprised by how much money he had while not looking like a true professional. He was really shady. All his kids drove brand new BMW's too.
