An essay by Dr. Jack Wheeler

The O-man, Barack Hussein Obama, is an eloquently tailored empty suit. No resume, no accomplishments, no experience, no original ideas, no understanding of how the economy works, no understanding of how the world works, no balls, nothing but abstract, empty rhetoric devoid of real substance.

He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. The rest of him is mostly Arab, which he hides but is disclosed by his non-African Arabic first and middle names as a way to triply proclaim his Arabic parentage to people in Kenya. Only a small part of him is African Black from his Luo grandmother, which he pretends he is exclusively.

What he isn't, not a genetic drop of, is "African-American", the decendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slave ships. He hasn't a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.

Let that sink in: Obama is not the decendant of slaves, he is the decendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect liberal Messiah. It's something Hillary doesn't understand - how some complete neophyte came out of the blue and stole the Dem nomination from her. Obamamania is beyond politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white.

Thus Obama has become the white liberal's Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments Hillary could make of any kind can be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed in Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, I believe it because it is absurd.

Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior. His candidacy is rediculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.

. . . no balls, nothing but abstract, empty rhetoric devoid of real substance. . .

Except for the racism and the bigotry, the above just about says it all, but the person who wrote that post should look in the mirror.

Interesting how this comes from someone who spells "rediculous." Can't imagine who that might be. Oh, shame on me, I'm insinuating that this might be from 2smart4u, a/k/a Patriot, formerly a/k/a BushBacker (why don't we see that one any more?). Yup, I am. What do you care, 2smart - you're anonymous.

Wow "Dr." that was pretty heavy. BTW you spelled "rediculous" wrong which makes you entire post ridiculous not to mention your "title". I would have thought that a proctologist would be better at spelling.

I Googled Dr. Jack Wheeler, he does have an impressive resume. But of course, in typical loony leftist fashion, Paul has labeled him a racist and bigot. Paul pulls the race card and the bigot card so much he must have carpel tunnel by now.

Paul didn’t say Wheeler was a racist or a bigot. He said that the comments were racist and bigoted. They are.

“He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. “Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.” That’s bigotry.

“But of course, in typical loony leftist fashion, Paul has labeled him a racist and bigot.” That’s name-calling.

“Paul pulls the race card and the bigot card so much he must have carpel tunnel by now.” That’s juvenile and ignorant. If you don’t want him calling you on racism and a bigotry, then stop promoting racism and bigotry.

My fellow American, I wasn’t commenting about Wheeler personally. I was commenting about what he wrote. The second and third paragraphs from his essay are racist. The opening sentence of the final paragraph is bigotry: “Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.” I don’t use the terms arbitrarily. To me, words should be connected to reality, and in this case the words “racism” and “bigotry" accurately reflect the reality of the essay. You can't legitimately use me of playing a card when that card has been thrown on the table by someone else, especially in so blatant a way. I neglected to mention the arrogance in the concluding sentence: “His candidacy is rediculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.”

Of what value is over-the-top rhetoric like this? Just because it gets your blood pumping doesn’t mean there’s any value to it. This is exactly the kind of inflated rhetoric that turns up the heat without shedding any light, and diminishes the public discourse for all concerned. I ask you again, where is the value in this invective? Please explain to us all how this sort of thing makes our country better.

Paul, my fellow American, every conservative thought, every criticism of a far left radical like Obama does not constitute racism or bigotry. There's no question that the far left has bought into Obamamania. He has been given a pass on his relationships with Ayres, Wright and Rezco. He lack of executive experience and his short (144 days) tenure in Congress also gets a pass.

There is new information being uncovered that Obama belonged to a radical socialist party in Chicago composed of former Black Panther members. His wife Michelle, in her thesis, identifies herself as a black separatist and is clearly hostile to the notion of blacks integrating into the larger society with all the evil whites. This is Farrakhan type racism that could have easily been written by a Klansman from a white perspective.

Illegal foreign contributions are pouring into Obama's campaign at an unprecedented rate. Obama has received 32 million from middle east countries. He has received million from Palestinians and others hostile to U.S. policy.

Yet the leftist mainstream media refuses to comment on any of this or investigate further into these red-flag issues. But they all have time to comment on Palin's daughter's pregnancy (racism and bigotry)?

You talk about shedding light and public discourse, but it appears Obama gets another pass here again.

My fellow American, no one suggested that "every conservative thought, every criticism of . . . Obama" constitutes racism or bigotry. You're shifting an argument you can't address. Please tell me, do you see that?

The remainder of your post is hyperventilation. You think Obama is a Manchurian candidate, and you'd love to sell that to the American people to elect another Republican because that's what you're comfortable with. The problem is, it's not only not true, it's ridiculous. Even if the USA somehow elected a president like that, which is virtually impossible to do, he would have an entire command system around him that would prevent him from doing any real damage. Think objectively for a change. You have to be able to take your argument from point A to point Z, and when you think it through it makes no sense at all, not to mention that to say you're exaggerating would be giving you vastly more credit than you're due. The fact that you have to make such outrageous charges against Obama just proves how weak your argument is.

You guys will never stop making up accusations that aren't true. "Belonged to a radical socialist party in Chicago composed of former Black Panther members." Yeah, right, like that would have gone uncovered until now.

The country is not interested in this. You're making it up. We're looking for a president who will invest in our future, reverse Bush's disastrous policies and stop giving the corporations and the rich whatever they want at our expense. That leader is Obama.

You've had your say. You've expressed your views. You've been given more leeway than you had a right to have. (You don't have a right to lie about people, not even presidential candidates.) In three weeks the country will vote. Do as you please. I'm voting for Obama.

Paul please tell us, which is it? A president has the final decision and must be a super smart intellectual, therefore a waitress can’t be president. Or, there is so much command structure in place that the president doesn’t even matter.

That's called a false choice.

It's also called comparing apples to oranges.

I don't think you understood my point.

Some people are trying to argue that Obama might be a traitor, a sort of Manchurian candidate. In the first place, the charge is ridiculous. In the second place, someone like that couldn't get very far even if he somehow magically became president. The argument isn't in touch with how things work in this world.

The argument about intellect is completely different. We've had a numbskull in office these past 8 years, and it has cost us dearly. A person without sufficient intellectual qualifications can be elected, and Bush proves it. When he's fed advice, some of it can come from people with their own agendas. If he doesn't have the brains to figure it out, he can make bad decisions.

The one scenario makes sense and has actually happened. The other does not make sense and could not happen. So your premise is wrong.
