Thru the gossip grapevine, and it is just hearsay, that the persons that seen this going on, are not willing to sign a police report and without that, there is no witness or proof. that is the story I got and lets face it, you can not take seriously anything you hear from the gardens. that is just what I heard folks. Probably went back to the office thought about the complaint and went to lunch. Report something to any of them you will get yes yes yes and that will be the end of it. This is fact even the deputy chief will nod yes and thank you for the input then you are the one being investigated for being on the lookout. NEED PEOPLE ON THE FORCE TO DO THEIR JOB............
