Let's see, Clinton spent 8 YEARS chasing interns and getting BJ's instead of responding to WTC-1 or USS Cole, but Bubba gets a pass from the Loony Lefties. The Sudanese offer up Bin Laden on a silver platter to Bubba, but Bubba declines saying " we didn't have enough evidence on him" and Bubba gets a pass from the Loony Lefties. Clinton reduced funding for both the CIA and the FBI and ordered them to not share intel with each other and Bubba gets a pass from the Loony Lefties. AND IT'S ALL BUSH'S FAULT !!!

9/11 is Bush's fault. He ignored specific intelligence so as not to interrupt his vacation. If Clinton had done that, you ditto-head righties would have called for his impeachment - only this time you would have had a better case.

But there's one problem for you. Clinton didn't do it. Bush did.

If you weren't so IGNORANT of the FACTS you'd know that Clinton did a helluva lot better job of bringing the perpetrators of WTC-1 to justice than your little incompetent cowboy had done with WTC-2.

AND, Clinton had only three months left in office at the time of the Cole attack, hardly enough time to conduct a thorough investigation. You SHOULD be askinhg what has the feckless cowboy done to avenge the Cole attack?

The answer? NOTHING!

And IF you'd take off the tin-foil hat and let loose the urban myths you'd know that Sudan offered bin Laden to Saudi Arabia, your cowboy's buddies over there said NO.

But you NeoNaziCons believe we should just jail people with NO FACTS in evidence, it's a pity you have NO UNDERSTANDING or BELIEF in the Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution applies to U.S. citizens, not to foreign terrorists.

Good grief, Guest. Are you trying to compete with 2smart4u for childish and stupid retorts?

Just trying to give Bryan credit for a rare display of honesty and humility.

Isn't it time someone took the Shrub and the Dick aside and explained that to them?

The U.S. Constitution applies to U.S. citizens, not to foreign terrorists.

If an American citizen is arrested in a foreign country and held indefinitely without a statement of the charges against him or access to a lawyer or a right to a real trial, how can our government argue for our citizen's release if we are doing the same thing? If we have arrested a terrorist, we should be able to prove it, as we did in the WTC1 trials. Acting like one big national mob doesn't make us safer. It only increases tension and distrust throughout the world.

If we expect other countries to respect our rights, we must do the same. The cowboy-diplomacy types think shoot-'em-up makes for a safer world. They've been watching too many Hollywood Westerns, and missing the point at the same time.

The constitution applies to everyone. There is no statement in the constitution saying it only applies to citizens. Matter of fact, when it was written the concept of being a citizen of the US did not exist. Anyone getting off the boat was given the right to vote and were treated equally before the courts.

If constitutions and full legal rights did not exist for non-citizens, then anytime an American is picked up in any foreign country, we could legally be in jail without trial forever. Having constitutions and legal systems apply to all protects foreigners here and it protects us in foreign countries.

If you prefer to set up legal system where foreigners are not protected, then you are asking us to be the same as the Taliban governments that exist in tribal areas of Afghanistan.

I thought one of the reasons given to depose Saddam was he would do things like imprison people with no evidence and no charges being filed, yet you NeoNaziCons apparently can't wait to become just like him.

Under your Kool-Aid logic, terrorists can vote for president.

Without the rule of law we are not only as bad as these "terrorists" of which you are so afraid, we have in fact become them. The terrorist have won because I fear my government more than I do them.

What does my statement had to do with terrorists voting. Easily confused?

But since you brought it up, a terrorism conviction makes you a felon and by law felons aren't allowed to vote.

But then, you're seem to be the type who assumes a person is a terrorist and should be treated as such based on the governments say so, with no trial.

Kool-Aid alert.

The typical meaningless Kool-Aid sound bite from a nitwit with NOTHING factually constructive to say.

As always with PatRat-----------Semper Lie!
