INCRESES HAVE BEEN SECRETLY "WORKED OUT" THERE ARE TEN CIVILIANS TO TEND TOO FIRE,POLICE, EMS. REPLACING PERSONNEL FROM THOSE DEPTSWHAT CONTRACT? They will replace regular officers for crowd control, special events, and traffic control. The Mayor said they can't afford to hire regular officers to work these events on overtime. So, the special officers will be paid $15.00 per hour to do these jobs. And the PBA remains silent on these issues.
