Why is it up in the first place? If it is up for the World Cup then who the F**K ordered it up and all flags in the world cup should be up then!!

Put the racial statements aside; the question is why, for what reason; the other question is who gave the order and what was the justification? If a foreign flag is to fly next to the US flag, there should be a valid reason rather than an arbitrary decision that sleights or favors one foreign flag over another.

How long has the flag been up there? Portugal Day is June 10th.

It was the Mayor's way of celebrating D'Arco leaving. What's the Mayor going to do now without his bad guy to do his bidding.
