East Newark Hates Trees

It's absolutely disgusting that almost every tree was cut down in East Newark. Why?? Whose was the fool that came up with this idea? Who in East Newark hates trees that much??

You should be better informed. New trees are going to replace the ones that were cut down. They redoing the sidewalks...pretty silly to keep trees with roots that big in newly sidewalked areas.

They are going to plant apple trees in honor of "Apples."

back up from florida now all i hear is.

the residents keep saying they only want APPLE trees .
think about it ,who else can deliver the goods ?

Pretty silly to cut down trees only to replace them, the trees weren't that big to begin with. It's not like these were 100+ year old elm trees or something. Looks like someone made out with a nice contract to do that job.
