Guest Guest
Governor Christie just keeps on winning! United States Attorney, Governor of NJ and PVSC swamp draining powerhouse. He is now fully exonerated from the GWB traffic study while the ex-PVSC crew asses still hurt on a daily basis. Congrats Governor!
Guest Harrisonian
Whatever title he gets means nothing, he is still a bully. Kushner finally put him in his place and he is done. He can live off of his wife's money and replay videos of himself at the beginning of his Governership. Trump will do the same as well after he messes up our country. Lots of potential but both are bullies.
Guest Resident
What happened on the case in Bergen?
Guest Kearny Resident
The case in Bergen. Well the Prosecutor who was appointed by Christie didn't think he had an ethical conflict and a week before the Judge in Municipal Court was to hold a hearing for probable cause to issue the Complaint that Christie misappropriated State funds for his political campaign, the Prosecutor said he wouldn't prosecute even if the municipal court judge found probable cause. The Prosecutor should just turn in his Prosecutor badge as he no longer has any credibility. If it was an African American man and not the governor (his buddy) he would have let the Municpal Court decide probable cause and then look at all the evidence. Guest Bergen man
Municipal Court Judge in Hackensack holds a probable cause hearing without Christie and his lawyer who decided they were not going to show up. The media didn't really cover this and it sets up a conflict between the Municipal Court Judge and the County Prosecutor (a Christie appointee with a conflict) and the Superior Court Judge who held that a Special Prosecutor wasn't necessary. Strange that the Bergen County Prosecutor would make a decision before the Municipal Court Judge held a hearing where he could get the facts that he needs to support his tainted decision that there wasn't enough evidence to indict Christie for using public funds for campaign (Fort Lee Bridge Payback to Mayor Who Didn't support him). I think Special Prosecutor is in order if it wasn't in order when the Superior Court Judge decided it wasn't necessary. The Prosecutor has shown his true colors.
