He even throws the webhosting company under the bus as saying it "was unresponsive and very difficult to deal with during this crisis" In other words, they wouldn't do his job. I love the quotes "Again, these are highly intelligent and sophisticated criminals who seek to cause havoc and destruction in the cyber world. ... forensically, it's so hard to nail these guys."
