Guest Resident
How many Sergeants and Lieutenants were on duty while violent attempted murderers were robbing people at gunpoint in Harrison? Crime is getting out of hand and with so few Police Patrol Officers the residents don't stand a chance. The residents had better get their own guns to protect themselves. Guest East Newark Resident
A Punk and his friend needed to pull out their gun to stop a Harrison Teenager from beating him up during the Punk's attempted robbery. Time to put cameras on every corner like East Newark has and put money in the budge to get more police officers to protect Harrison's good name. Harrison is a community and we won't take these punks coming into town and ruining our neighborhood.
Guest Had E Nuff
As the Prez sez, "Share the wealth." These two gentlemen, probably from Newark, needed to look for an increase in their income. Easy access and egress to and from Harrison will make an opportunity for these less fortunate individuals to get their fair share. In this politically correct country we are becoming, victims were most likely at fault. They, the victims, could have given the opportunists a reason for robbing them. Just like the Short Hills murder. Everyone's fault except the ones who did it. This once great country is not what it once was.

Guest Guest
And yet the department plans on promoting this coming week really? It's getting like the fire Dept elevated salaries for the sick abusers and racist. Use that money for real officers not hiding ones. Ninos is not a sub station
Guest Guest
Barney, you are one busy little guy.. Being rejected by the PD and FD in both Harrison and Kearny must really hurt. S**ks being you.
Guest Guest
Why would they promote, when they don't have enough Patrolman now? You only have a few Officers patrolling the streets, while the Lts. sit in Hq. The residents of Harrison are easy marks and the tugs in Newark no this. Hey Chief, when are you going to the newspapers to say that you need more Officers and less supervisors.?
